Welcome to Swing Hub Baseball. By visiting our facility, using our website, purchasing memberships, booking sessions, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Policies. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. GENERAL USE

Swing Hub Baseball (“Swing Hub,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a baseball and softball facility located at 1598 S Broad St, New Orleans, LA 70125. These terms apply to all guests, members, and visitors — including minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

By entering the facility or using our online booking system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies.

2. BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

• All batting cage sessions, private lessons, and events must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by calling 504-766-0398.
• Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
• Walk-ins are welcome based on availability but are not guaranteed a time slot.
• A valid waiver must be signed before any participant may use the facility.

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full credit or refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
• Birthday party and event deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
• Swing Hub Baseball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to maintenance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In
• such cases, a full refund or credit will be issued.

4. WAIVER & LIABILITY

• All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before using any equipment or training area.
• Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• Swing Hub Baseball is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on the premises.
• By participating in activities at our facility, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with baseball and softball.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

• All guests and participants are expected to:
• Treat staff, coaches, and other guests with respect.
• Follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions at all times.
• Wear appropriate athletic footwear inside the facility.
• Not use profane, abusive, or threatening language.
• Refrain from bringing outside food or alcohol into the facility without prior approval.
• Supervise minors at all times.

Swing Hub Baseball reserves the right to remove any guest who violates our Code of Conduct without refund.

6. MEMBERSHIPS

• Memberships are non-transferable and are for the registered member only.
• Membership benefits, pricing, and terms are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.
• Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued for unused days within the current billing period.
• Misuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. CAMPS & CLINICS

• Registration for Summer Camps and Clinics must be completed online with full payment.
• Camp fees include all stated activities, snacks, and drinks unless noted otherwise.
• Early care and after care services ($15/child) must be requested at time of registration.
• Swing Hub Baseball is not responsible for personal items brought to camp.
• We reserve the right to remove a child from a camp session for behavioral reasons without refund.

8. MERCHANDISE & SHOP

• All merchandise sales are final. Exchanges may be offered for defective items within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
• Gift cards are valid for use at Swing Hub Baseball only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

By entering the facility, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for Swing Hub Baseball’s social media, website, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Swing Hub Baseball reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Policies at any time. Continued use of the facility or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
